Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the gtc99 platform at https://gtc99.bet (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games, promotions, or features made available on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with gtc99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), including account creation, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), participation in casino games, sports betting, slots, and promotional offers.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• Own funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and are free from any third-party claim. Using funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.
• Own name: You must register the account in your own true legal name and must not act as an agent or nominee on behalf of any third party.

gtc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent account closure at the sole discretion of gtc99.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services on gtc99 — including real-money betting, live casino, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gtc99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of all players. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered to your name, matching the details on file with gtc99.
• Source of Funds: In cases of large or unusual deposit volumes, gtc99 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Account Security

All financial transactions on gtc99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. gtc99 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or payment methods not listed above.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gtc99 account balance within minutes of a confirmed mobile money transfer.
• Bank transfers may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on your bank's processing times.
• gtc99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile money operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• gtc99 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the account level and to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved.
• gtc99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests at the time.
• Withdrawals that fail KYC review, are flagged for fraud screening, or are subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be placed on hold pending investigation.
• gtc99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request without prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

gtc99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions coinciding with events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the BPL cricket season. The availability and terms of individual promotions are governed by the specific promotional rules published on the Rewards page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on gtc99 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the basic account registration process and made at least one qualifying deposit in BDT via an approved payment method.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed are forfeited without conversion to real money.
• gtc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice to affected players where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering-completion withdrawal process.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to permanent account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and arcade games offered on gtc99 are subject to the specific game rules presented within each product interface. In the event of any conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome, and these Terms shall govern all account and financial matters.

Sports Betting

gtc99 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC international series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other selected sports. Betting markets, odds, and minimum/maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without notice in response to market conditions or event circumstances.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. gtc99 does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of a change of mind.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and market.
• gtc99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, and to correct obvious pricing errors at any time before or after settlement.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed in the betting interface.

Casino and Slots

Casino games and slot titles on gtc99 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are independently audited. gtc99 does not modify game outcomes, RNG outputs, or RTP settings.

In the unlikely event of a technical fault during a game round — including server disconnection, display error, or software malfunction — the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server log, which constitutes the authoritative record of all game activity. gtc99 accepts no liability for bets placed during a documented platform outage or third-party provider maintenance window.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtc99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

1. Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment method credentials to fund an account.
2. Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. gtc99 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering.

4. Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human involvement.
5. Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access your account, including family members, friends, or agents. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
6. Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a transaction processed through bKash, Nagad, or any other payment method without first contacting gtc99 support.
7. Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect role, or which you have reason to believe may be subject to corrupt influence.
8. Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process, or impersonating another person.

Account Suspension and Closure

gtc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law-enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, free spins, or promotional credits are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method only after all relevant investigations have been completed and the balance has been confirmed as legitimately derived.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". The support team will process the request and confirm account closure within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gtc99 Platform — including but not limited to the gtc99 brand name, logo, wordmarks, website design, software, source code, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gtc99 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from gtc99.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the gtc99 name, logo, or branding in any context outside the Platform without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content, including game interfaces or promotional graphics.

Any unauthorised use of gtc99's intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtc99 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Any bet or wager placed on the Platform, including losses resulting from your own decisions and risk appetite.
• Technical faults, interruptions, or data loss caused by factors outside gtc99's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, or acts of God.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password and credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Any changes to promotional terms, game availability, or odds that occur in accordance with gtc99's published policies.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gtc99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

In all cases where gtc99's liability is not otherwise excluded, the maximum aggregate liability of gtc99 to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

gtc99 is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in Bangladesh in accordance with responsible data-handling principles. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed in full by the gtc99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. You are strongly encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in its entirety before registering an account.

In summary, gtc99 collects personal information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method details, and device/browser identifiers — for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age as part of the KYC process.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals in BDT via your registered payment method.
• Providing personalised promotions and loyalty offers where you have opted in to marketing communications.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• Complying with any lawful request from Bangladeshi law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

gtc99 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game suppliers) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of those services and is governed by data-processing agreements that require the same level of data protection as applied by gtc99 itself.

Amendments to These Terms

gtc99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes reflecting new legal obligations, updated payment methods, new game categories, or improvements to Platform policy may be made without extended advance notice, provided that the revised Terms are published on the Platform and the effective date is clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it materially reduces your rights or materially increases your obligations as a Player — gtc99 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Minor amendments (such as editorial corrections, clarifications of existing rules, or additions that benefit players) may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. The version published on this page supersedes all prior versions. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms governing their use of the gtc99 Platform.
